Caregiver Phone Call
We'll start with a phone call to get to know your child. During the call we'll discuss your reasons for seeking ABA services, intake paperwork, setting up an initial assessment, caregiver involvement, and answer any questions you have about what ABA therapy will look like.

Initial Comprehensive Evaluation
The comprehensive evaluation will take place in your home. During the evaluation we'll evaluate various skills like communication, play, matching, social skills, among others. Additionally, any challenging behavior your facing at home will be observed, if possible.

Intake Results Review
Using information gathered from the intake paperwork, direct observation, and questionnaires given to caregivers, we'll review all results and develop an individualized treatment plan for your child.

Request Insurance For Servives
Once the treatment plan has been reviewed and approved by the caregiver, we'll submit the plan to insurance to request ABA services. The timeline for approval varies based on the insurance carrier. Generally, it can take anywhere from 14-30 days for insurance to review.

Begin ABA!
Once your insurance carrier has approved the start of services, we can begin ABA! The schedule of services is discussed during the initial intake process.
